These terms apply when you browse or use the Aruba Motors public marketplace.
Using the marketplace
By using the marketplace, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with the site, access information without permission, scrape or reuse listing content improperly, or use the marketplace for an unlawful purpose.
Aruba Motors' role
Aruba Motors provides a platform to list and promote vehicles offered by private and business sellers. Aruba Motors is not the vehicle owner and does not complete payments, transfer title or ownership, or enter into the buyer-seller agreement. The vehicle owner remains responsible for the vehicle and the information supplied for its listing.
Listings and information
Listing information may come from sellers or other supplied sources and is provided to help visitors explore vehicles. Aruba Motors may make reasonable efforts to keep listings useful, but does not promise that specifications, mileage, condition, history, ownership, price, photos, or other details are complete, accurate, or current.
Buyer responsibility
Before purchasing, buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle and independently verifying the details that matter to them, including condition, history, ownership or documentation, price, and final terms. A marketplace listing is not a vehicle inspection, warranty, appraisal, or substitute for professional advice.

Prices, availability, and listing status may change. Available, Reserved, and Sold reflect current marketplace information only and are not contractual guarantees. A price may be negotiable where indicated; buyers and sellers must confirm the final price and terms directly.
Seller information and content
Sellers must provide information and photos they are entitled to share and keep their listing information accurate. Aruba Motors may correct, pause, decline, or remove content to operate the marketplace or address inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unlawful content.
Content and third-party services
The Aruba Motors name, marketplace design, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them beyond ordinary personal browsing without permission. The marketplace may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp; their use is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
No guarantee and limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aruba Motors does not provide a warranty about listings, vehicles, sellers, buyer-seller dealings, or third-party services and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on them.
Changes and contact
